These homes have been recently completed or are somewhere in the process of construction. They share a design approach rooted in fulfilling the client's dreams while developing site-specific solutions that are in harmony with the environment. While the styles vary, the underlying design philosophy remains constant.
remodels and additions
These existing homes were no longer suited to our client's changing needs so they chose to remodel or add to them in a wide variety of ways. Because most of our clients were rather attached to the style and feel of their existing homes, they wanted the renovation to enhance and complement the old rather than to supplant it. Our goal was, as always, to create a finished design that looks as if it was always there.
